Poggio delle Caviere is a forested ridge situated in the serene and lesser-known Upper Tiber Valley inTuscany. Here, our working farm produces organic olive oil and wine.
Enveloped by ancient woodlands and cultivated fields of wheat and wild flowers, our estate provides an idyllic retreat for guests. We offer a choice of two beautifully renovated properties: Peroglia, which can accommodate up to 16 guests, and Le Caviere, an intimate hideaway perfect for two.
