Our History
Instead of buying a flat in London, we opted for a neglected ruin surrounded by olive trees and vines in the heart of rural Tuscany.
With no farming experience, we embarked on the challenge of restoring the property and the land. Now, 25 years later, Le Caviere is a thriving farm, producing award winning organic olive oil and wine.
Our journey is a testament to hard work, determination and the reward of pursing our vision against the odds.

We are a husband and wife team who work side by side to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. My name is Kate, and I am a qualified farmer who also excels in hospitality. My husband, Brad, is the resident expert in wine and olive oil. We also receive occasional help from our grown-up children when they are not studying or traveling!
Together with our team, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years, we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our guests.
