Pergolia is a beautiful ‘casa padronale,’ historically the most important farm in the area. It offers stunning views overlooking Montedoglio Lake, the surrounding fields and its own vineyard.  The sunsets are expansive and ablaze with colour. It is truly a magical place.

Along with the main house, there is a large guest house that comfortably sleeps four and features an extensively equipped kitchen for dinners overlooking the lake. The perfect space for staff or additional guests.

Peroglia is very much a work in progress as we bought the property a few years ago from our neighbours and are planning to renovate it in late 2024, aiming to open in 2026.
